Thank you for signing up for RSMediaserver. Whether you are an app client from radioserversapps.com, a Skills client referred from radioskill.com or another Skill Developer, or you are just working on your own project, we want you to know we are committed to helping you be successful. Anytime you need help or an idea, just ask.

To get started, you’ll want to login to your account at https://accounts.rsmediaserver.com

The first time you login, there are a few things to note:

• Be sure to complete your account profile, including a BASE URL. Your base URL can be any word you want. It’s becomes a unique identifier in your zone urls, so if you type in WXYZ, all of your future zone url will contain WXYZ. This keeps each account unique, so just choose your call letters or a single word of your choice. Please note that if we or one of our partners developed your skill or app, we may have already set this for you and it should not be changed.
• Click on the Help page and watch the introductory videos. We are adding more videos all the time including a step by step guide to creating and managing your first zone.
• If you are an app or skill client, some zones may already exist for your account due to development. Please do not alter or delete these zones as they are hard-coded into your project.
• If you do not have permission to add a new zone, and you think you should, let us know. Accounts are manually verified so it may that we just have not gotten to yours yet.
